Baked Apples
Dreyer's Grand French Vanilla Ice Cream
4 baking apples
Maple syrup
Chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or almonds)

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Slice off the top quarter of the apples and core them with a spoon. Brush with melted butter and bake for 25 minutes.
Top each apple with a scoop of ice cream and maple syrup. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Serves 4.
