Egg Nog & Cream Snowmen

Edy's® Limited Edition Eggnog Fun Flavor Frozen Dairy Dessert
12 small candy canes
Cake decorating candies or mini chocolate chips
12 licorice gumdrops or small peanut butter cups
12 peppermint patties
Shredded, toasted coconut or white chocolate shavings

Place a large scoop of frozen dairy dessert on a dessert plate, then place a smaller scoop on top. Lean a small candy cane against the lower scoop, pressing firmly into ice cream (like a walking cane). Use cake decorating candies or mini chocolate chips for eyes, mouth and buttons and decorate like a snowman. Place a peppermint patty on top of scoop and place gumdrop or peanut butter cup askew on top of the patty like a top hat. Scatter shredded coconut or white chocolate shavings lightly around and on top of each snowman and serve. Serves 12.
