NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE TERRITORY (AS DEFINED BELOW) AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
BY ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES (“Official Rules”).
SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored solely by Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, Inc., 590 Ygnacio Valley Rd., Suite 300 Walnut Creek CA 94596 (“Sponsor”).
ADMINISTRATOR: Probability, LLC, 2 Woodstock Meadows Ln, PO Box 1484, Woodstock, New York 12498 (“Administrator”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Outshine® Summer Activation Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 years old in Alabama and Nebraska, 18 years old in all other states) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, participating retailers, and each of their advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any of the Promotion Entities are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 20, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official clock for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
HOW IT WORKS: There are two (2) methods to enter the Sweepstakes: Method #1 via purchasing any Outshine® product and posting a photo online of your favorite mocktail; or Method #2 via mail-in entry without purchasing Outshine® products, as described below.
Method #1: To enter the Sweepstakes via Method #1, you'll first need to become a registered user of www.Instagram.com (“Instagram”) or log into your Instagram account. If you do not have an account, go to www.Instagram.com to create one. Instagram accounts are free. By submitting your information and creating an Instagram account, you agree to Instagram’s Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree to such Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, you cannot create an Instagram account, or participate in this Sweepstakes via Method # 1. Additionally, your account must be set to public.
During the Sweepstakes Period, follow the Outshine Instagram account (@OutshineSnacks), and post a photo in your feed or to your Stories of your Outshine mocktail and feature your Outshine box; and include the Hashtag #OutshineSweepstakes (“Hashtag”) and tag @OutshineSnacks (the “Tag”) to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Social Entry”). Social Entry must be completed from the entrant’s non-private Instagram account.
Direct any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes to Sponsor, not Meta, Inc.
Each Method #1 entry must meet the following “Entry Requirements” (any entry that, in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, violates the following criteria will be disqualified):
Entrant must be the rightful owner of the Instagram account associated with their Social Entry;
Social Entry must comply with the terms and conditions of Instagram as posted on its platform;
Social Entry must not contain any copyrighted materials owned by others;
Social Entry must not contain materials embodying the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission;
Social Entry must NOT contain subject matter which is, or could be considered, in the sole discretion of the Sweepstakes Entities, obscene, pornographic, violent (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), defamatory, libelous, discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g., illegal gambling, underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane, hateful, degrading, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, tortious or objectionable;
Social Entry must not be generated using any form of Artificial Intelligence; and
Social Entry must NOT contain any derogatory references to any of the Sweepstakes Entities.
Note: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Social Entry in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor views the entry as potentially infringing or otherwise a violation or potential violation of a third party’s rights or if it deems the entry to be lacking in taste, quality, or to be otherwise objectionable.
Entrants understand that they are posting their Social Entry at their sole risk. Sponsor is not responsible for any claims arising from the entries, specifically including, but not limited to, claims for intellectual property infringement and privacy rights violations, as well as violations of the social media platform’s terms and conditions.
Each entrant into the Sweepstakes via Method #1 hereby irrevocably grant to Sponsor, its designees, affiliates, successors and assigns, the non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully paid, universal license to use, copy, sublicense, transmit, distribute, publicly perform, publish, delete or display their entry in any media now known or hereafter devised including, but not limited to all forms of electronic media, print media and all forms of internet and wireless protocol in perpetuity and throughout the universe for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes and other promotions. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to edit, composite, morph, scan, duplicate, or alter the entry for any purpose which Sponsor deems necessary or desirable, and each entrant irrevocably waives any and all so-called moral rights they may have therein.
(B) Method #2: FREE Entry via Mail-in Without Purchasing an Outshine product or posting on Instagram (“Mail-in Entry”):
To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes without purchasing an Outshine product, on a 3”x5” card or piece of paper, handprint your name, mailing address (with ZIP Code), email address, and daytime phone number. Mail it in a business size (#10) envelope to: Outshine Summer Activation Sweepstakes Entry, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by September 21, 2026, and received by September 28, 2026.
No photocopies, facsimiles, or mechanically reproduced Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for Mail-In Entries that are, for any reason, late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or have insufficient postage.
LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the entry method. Multiple entries in violation of the preceding limit and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person from the Sweepstakes. Entries must be made by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified.
*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if an online entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. Wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your wireless carrier for more information on messaging/data rate plans and charges relating to your participation in this Sweepstakes. Mobile device service may not be available in all areas. Check your device's capabilities for specific instructions. A mobile device is not required to enter.
RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNERS/ODDS: Potential winners (each a “Winner” and collectively the “Winners”) will be selected via a random drawing conducted by Administrator on or about September 29, 2026 from among all eligible entries received via all methods of entry, combined, in accordance with the deadlines stated herein.
Odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received in accordance with the deadlines stated herein.
PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES ("ARV"):
One (1) Grand Prize is available: The Grand Prize consists of $5,000 to be used toward a BFF Getaway of the Grand Prize winner's choice. Grand Prize will be awarded in the form of a check or a travel voucher (at Sponsor’s sole discretion at the time of prize award). If the prize is awarded in the form of a $5,000 check, the check will be in the name of the Grand Prize Winner as stated in the Prize Claim documents. If the Grand Prize is awarded as a travel voucher, it is subject to all its terms and conditions, including but not limited to expiration dates, blackout dates, and restrictions. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.
Ten (10) First Prizes are available: Each First Prize consists of an Outshine summer influencer box that includes a cooler tote bag, a picnic blanket, a pool floatie, a hat, stickers, a wallet card case for phone and a selection of coupons. The ARV of each First Prize is $150.
First Prizes will be delivered to the winners at the mailing addresses provided during the winner verification process within 4-6 weeks from the time each winner is confirmed. All such Prizes will only be shipped to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
Total ARV of all Prizes: $6,500.
All applicable U.S. federal, state and local taxes on or connected with claiming any prize are the sole responsibility of the winners. Grand Prize Winner will receive an IRS form 1099 for the actual retail value of the Prize received.
There is a limit of one (1) prize per person, family, or household. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable. No Prize substitutions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize (or component thereof) of equal or greater value if an advertised prize (or component thereof) becomes unavailable. No further substitutions will be allowed. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners may be notified by email or direct message on the Instagram App (depending on the winners’ method of entry) in approximately three (3) business days after the conclusion of the drawing for the Sweepstakes winners. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date of notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require and First Prize winners may be required to complete and sign a winner verification form (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). If a winner used Method #1 to enter the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may request the winner’s email address via direct message on Instagram so that the Administrator can send the Prize Claim Documents. Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period (if applicable) will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes random drawing. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will attempt to contact up to three (3) potential winners of each prize in accordance with the above procedure, after which the prize in question may go unawarded if it remains unclaimed.
CONDITIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless, Sponsor, Administrator, and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, and/or each of their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns, as well as Meta, Inc. (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Prize.
By entering, entrants also authorize the Sponsor and its designees to use their name, voice, likeness, photograph, Prize information (if applicable), biographical data and city and state of residence in programming, advertising and/or promotional material or on a winners’ list (if applicable) without compensation to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor's sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
All federal, state and local laws, and regulations apply. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind affecting the Sweepstakes in any manner, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the Sweepstakes and award the Prizes in a manner which is fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of termination/modification/suspension of Sweepstakes will be posted on the Website. No responsibility is assumed for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or loss, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer or internet online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or electronic entry or participation to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website/platform, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials from this Sweepstakes. Failure of Sponsor or Administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entrants further agree not to knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Sweepstakes and/or prevent others from participating in the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE, WEBSITE OR PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAY VIOLATE CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PERSON, WHETHER OR NOT THE INDIVIDUAL IS A PARTICIPANT IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW.
SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE USE OF ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
DISPUTES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or the awarding of the Prizes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by courts located in the State of California; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, special and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

WINNERS LIST: For the first name, last initial, and city of the Winners, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Outshine® Summer Activation Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Probability, PO Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-1559. All such requests must be received by October 31, 2026.
