We prefer that a location have strong pedestrian activity and good visibility with minimal competition.
Typically we look for a space that is 175-200 square for a Kiosk, 800-1,200 square feet for a street location, 500-1,200 square feet for a mall or lifestyle center. For street and mall/lifestyle center locations we need a width or frontage of 20 feet.
