1 cup Dreyer’s Double Fudge Brownie ice cream or Edy's® Double Fudge Brownie ice cream
melted ½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, room temperature
½ cup melted butter
½ cup cocoa powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips plus a few tablespoons

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, whisk the melted ice cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs together and set aside.
In a large bowl whisk the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together.
Mix the dry mixture with the wet mixture until well combined. Fold in the ½ cup of the chocolate chips.
Spray a large bread pan with oil, pour the batter in and spread evenly. Sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the center comes out clean with a toothpick.
Let cool about 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
