1 tub Dreyer’s Slow Churned® Caramel Delight light ice cream or Edy's® Slow Churned® Caramel Delight light ice cream
1 large pre-made graham cracker crust
2 bricks cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
caramel for topping

In a standing mixer or food processor, beat the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together until light and fluffy..
Spread filling evenly onto the bottom of the crust and place in the freezer to set for 1 hour.
Spread the whole tub of ice cream on top of the cheesecake layer and let set in the freezer for another half hour.
Let sit for about 5-10 minutes before drizzling with caramel sauce before serving. Enjoy!
