Outshine® Watermelon Frozen Fruit Bars

1 cup dark chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons coconut flakes

2 tablespoons cup cacao nibs


Step 1

Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl. Melt for 15-30 seconds in the microwave, or until the chocolate is smooth. Allow the chocolate to cool.


Step 2

Dip or drizzle chocolate on 1/2 of each Outshine® Watermelon Frozen Fruit Bars. Set dipped bars on parchment paper.


Step 3

Add a mixture of chia seeds, coconut flakes, and cacao nibs to each dipped bar. You may mix and match flavors to your taste!

Step 4

Allow bars to set in the freezer and enjoy.
