An afternoon pick-me-up that's the perfect pairing of rich and sweet.
Dreyer's Coffee ice cream or Edy's® Coffee ice cream
1 tablespoon boiling water
1 tablespoon instant coffee
1 tablespoon sugar
*Tip: add tips (optional)
Pour the boiling water, instant coffee, and sugar into a standing mixer and beat on medium speed until frothy.
Turn mixer up to high and beat until the mixture becomes light brown and holds stiff peaks, about 15 minutes.
Scoop out the ice cream into sundae bowls and drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with dalgona coffee.
Optional: grate a coffee bean over the top!
