4 Outshine® Peach Frozen Fruit Bars

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup butter, melted

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

8 ounces heavy whipping cream

Fresh mint for garnish, optional

Whipped cream, optional


Step 1

Make graham cracker crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a small bowl. Once the crust is fully combined, spoon ½ tbsp of graham cracker crumbs into silicone molds. With the back of a spoon press the crust into the mold.

Step 2

Using a high-speed blender, combine Outshine® Peach Frozen Fruit Bars and sweetened condensed milk. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream to soft peaks, until it reaches a whipped cream texture. Lightly fold in the peach mixture to the whipped cream mixture, until just combined.

Step 4

Spread the peach pie mixture in the graham cracker pie crust. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight. Remove the pie from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.

Step 5

Garnish each pie piece with a dollop of whipped cream and mint leaf.
