1 carton Häagen-Dazs® Non-Dairy Mocha Chocolate Cookie
1 cup soy milk
2 oz Kahlua (optional)
Whipped nondairy topping (as needed)
Chocolate sauce (as needed)
Espresso powder (as needed)
Allow ice cream to soften at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Combine ice cream, soy milk, and Kahlua (if desired) in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a chilled glass, top with non-dairy whipped topping, chocolate syrup and espresso powder.
