A snackable version of your favorite ice cream!
Dreyer's Original Rocky Road ice cream or Edy's® Original Rocky Road ice cream
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut butter
*Tip: add tips (optional)
Spread the ice cream flat onto a small baking tray and place in the freezer to set for 1 hour.
Cut the ice cream into 1-inch squares and place back into the freezer to set again for at least 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut butter in the microwave in 30 second increments until a smooth, soft chocolate sauce appears.
Dip the rocky road squares into the chocolate sauce and place back onto the tray. Work quickly so that the ice cream doesn’t melt.
Garnish with a drizzle of the left-over chocolate sauce, then place back in the freezer to set again for another hour before placing into a freezer bag. Enjoy!
