Ingredients

2 Outshine® Strawberry Frozen Fruit Bars

8 ounces fresh strawberries

1 cup oat milk

1 cup heavy whipping cream

¼ cup sugar

1 tbsp gelatin

½ tsp vanilla extract

Fresh strawberries for garnish

Fresh mint for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Using a high-speed blender, add Outshine® Strawberry Frozen Fruit Bars and fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth and set aside. Meanwhile, sprinkle gelatin over the cold milk in a small bowl. Stir and set aside for 3-5 minutes.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, heat the cream and sugar until it reaches a simmer. Then add the vanilla extract and soaked gelatin oat milk. Continue to cook until the gelatin is dissolved.

Step 3

Remove mixture from the heat and pour half of the cream mixture to a slanted glass. Use a cupcake tin to hold your glass slanted. Add the pureed strawberry mixture to the remaining cream mixture and stir to combine well. Place glasses and strawberry cream in the fridge for 1 hour until it starts to thicken.

Step 4

Pour strawberry mixture evenly into glasses and refrigerate until set, at least four hours.

Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint. Enjoy!
