These teddy bear cones are almost too cute to eat, but too delicious not to!

Ingredients

Dreyer’s Rocky Road Collection ice cream or Edy's® Rocky Road Collection ice cream

Chocolate and/or vanilla ice cream cones

Regular sized marshmallows

Chocolate chips

Mini chocolate sandwich cookies

Toothpicks

Directions

Step 1

Cut the edges off of the end of the marshmallow about 1/4 inch thick. Place the stick side on the top side of the ice cream cone. Stick a chocolate chip on the top of the marshmallow circle. You may need to press it into the cone to stick.

 

Step 2

Take 2 mini chocolate sandwich cookies and insert a toothpick into the frosted middle of the cookie. Scoop out a generous serving of Dreyer’s Cookie Cobblestone and place on the top of the cone. Add 2 chocolate chips for the eyes and insert the chocolate cookie sandwiches as the ears.

Helpful tip: These teddy bear ice cream cones can be frozen as is and served later!
