Ginger bananas infused with hot buttered rum, and topped with delicious chocolate ice cream, warm your heart from the inside out.
Häagen-Dazs® Chocolate Ice Cream
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons light rum
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
2 medium firm-ripe bananas, sliced diagonally 1/3-inch thick
Combine brown sugar, rum, butter, and ginger in a wide skillet.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir in bananas. Stir over medium heat until bananas are heated through and syrup is slightly thickened.
Serve warm with chocolate ice cream.
