


Ice Cream Filled Cupcakes
YOU WILL NEED:
- DREYER'S GRAND Cookies 'N Cream ice cream or SLOW CHURNED® Cookies 'N Cream light ice cream or your favorite flavor
- Cupcake mix
DIRECTIONS:
- Bake a tray of chocolate cupcakes and let cool completely.
- After the cupcakes have cooled, cut out the center and save the very top piece.
- Fill the hole with a spoonful of ice cream, and replace the top of the cupcake.
- Finish off with a bit of frosting, and bite into deliciousness!
