Pour 1 cup of warm water into a glass filled with mint leaves. Let steep for 5 minutes. Then, pour 2 ounces of warm water into a separate glass. Add the matcha, and then mix using a frother. Leave to the side.
Using a high speed blender, add Outshine® Pineapple Frozen Fruit Bar and the steeped mint leaves with water. Blend until smooth.
Pour the pineapple mint juice into a glass with ice.
Top with frothed matcha, serve with fresh mint leaves and enjoy.
