1 Outshine® Lime Frozen Fruit Bar
1 lime wedge
¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 frozen banana
½ cup fresh spinach
½ tbsp lime zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup coconut milk
Lime slices for garnish
Place graham cracker crumbs on a small plate. Rim the glasses with a lime wedge and then dip the rim into the graham crackers to coat the entire rim.
Using a high-speed blender, add ice, Outshine® Lime Frozen Fruit Bar, Greek yogurt, frozen banana, spinach, lime zest, vanilla extract, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour the key lime smoothie into a rimmed glass; serve with a slice of lime and enjoy.
